NYC trendsetter/fashion designer/ director Vashtie Kola is known for her around-the-way-girl style. It is rare for the self-proclaimed “permanent teenager,” to be seen in anything other than a pair of Jordan’s. So in order to pay homage to the ladies who live in a fresh pair of kicks, like Vashtie, Jordan collaborated with the ‘Downtown Sweetheart’ to create limited-edition Jordan 2 Retros. The contrasting lavender and purple kicks are inspired by Vashtie’s Violette clothing brand and just to add an extra-special touch of femininity there is silver intergraded in the laces and the soles are metallic. Vashtie is the first female to collab with Jordan…BIG!!! In stores October 2nd!
