Both vital voices in the DC Diaspora of music, Phil Ade and Levelz, share more than just that in common. These two rising artists are of Nigerian decent and have made a noteworthy contribution to the vast arena of Hip-Hop newcomers. The lyrical monsters stand firm in delivering thought-triggering content despite popular trends, and have been successful in doing so.
Since his signing with 368 Music Group, young rapper Phil Ade has snatched the DMV music scene and is now making a name for himself nation-wide. Their ever-growing fan base, sought-after performances, and consistent buzz proves that they are headed in the right direction. Their current hits like “Toast to Life” and “Niger Delta (Nigeria’s Blood Oil),” Ade and Levelz have been stirring up a major buzz online and on the airwaves.
This Black Friday 11.26.2010, Phil Ade and Levelz will take the stage at the DC Diaspora Celebration presented by LunchBox Theory, TALKOFDC.COM, 368 Music Group, and Plug N, Play, at LIV Nightclub in Washington, DC.
