Calling yourself “The Cure” is a bold statement for any music industry newcomer, but Jaiden “The Cure,” also known as simply Jaiden, is not boasting. The New York-bred crooner has seen much success in the music industry since he debuted his The Cure Suite I mixtape in 2009—touring with Chris Brown, singing background for Jay-Z, working with Diddy, and lets not forget that he is a multi-talented songwriter, pianist, producer, and has a four octave range.
As of late, garnering the title of a BET “Music Matters” artist has opened many mainstream doors for the rising star. Yesterday, he appeared on BET’s 106 & Park to premiere his new video for “Ain’t Enough” from his forthcoming mixtape Shades of Grey: The Cure Suite II, which will drop by summer’s end.
With a full-length solo album slated for a Fall release, there is no question that Jaiden’s newly found mainstream success will serve as the perfect remedy for his solo success.
